How do I change the delivery address on orders that have already been placed? This is not always possible as we work quickly to get your order processed so we only have a small window to make any changes. If you contact us straight away we will see if we can make the amendments for you.

Can I send my order to an alternative delivery address?

Yes. If you’re ordering online, you have the option to fill in a “ship-to” address when you go through to checkout.If you are placing your order by phone, simply specify that you would like to send your order to a different address. We will take the details from you and add the delivery address to you order. To ensure safe delivery, we will need the full address including the postcode.

What if I am out when my delivery arrives?

Your order will require a signature. The courier may use their discretion and obtain a signature from a neighbour or leave a calling card for you to arrange a more suitable delivery time.

How long does it take for my delivery?

For mainland UK we aim to deliver your order within 3 to 5 working days from your payment. Delivery to addresses outside the UK (when available), including Eire and Mainland Europe, will typically take 7 – 10 working days.

How much is P&P?

On our delivery to you our costs are £3.99 per box.For your returns P&P can vary depending on the courier option you choose.

Can I cancel an Order?

You may be able to cancel the processing of an order if the items have not yet been despatched from our warehouse.

To find out if you’re able to cancel an order before despatch, please call our customer care team on 01244 303466.

You also have a statutory right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product but only on boxes that have been unopened including the cellophane product packaging.

Return Policy

Returns can only be on unopened boxes with the cellophane wrapping intact.You will be responsible for the postage on returns.It will take 30 days to refund on returns.We will notify you by email when the return payment has been completed.For your returns P&P can vary depending on the courier option you choose.
